DESCRIPTION:The festival of the whole province\, named after t'nalak\, a cl
 oth the T'boli weave from abaca fibre. T'boli women called dreamweavers ma
 ke it\, and they say the patterns come to them in dreams sent by Fu Dalu\,
  the goddess of abaca.\n\nThe festival marks what the B'laan\, the T'boli\
 , the Maguindanaon and the Christian settlers of the 1930s to 1950s share.
  Koronadal sat in B'laan and T'boli ancestral land before those settlers a
