 f Avila\, the patron saint of the city. Talisay is called the Lechon Capit
 al of Cebu\, and its lechon goes by the local name inasal. Carcar is the o
 ther town in the province known for it.\n\nStreet dancing runs together wi
 th a procession that carries roasted pigs. The day ends with a ritual show
 down and a firework display.
