Dinengdeng
Dinengdeng, also called inabraw, is an Ilocano vegetable dish. Its salty, earthy taste comes from fermented fish sauce. Cooks add vegetables such as okra, long beans, eggplant and moringa leaves, often with grilled or fried fish.
