An indoor arena seating 6,500, home court of the Biñan Tatak Gel in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League and the Pilipinas Super League. It has also hosted Philippine Basketball Association games, the defunct Philippine Super Liga and the 2019 Asia-Oceania Floorball Cup. The building opened on December 1, 2013 and stands next to the Biñan Football Stadium and the city hall.

Work started in 2010, and Vice President Jejomar Binay opened the arena with Mayor Marlyn Alonte-Naguiat. The city also uses it as an evacuation centre, and it served as a quarantine and vaccination site during the COVID-19 pandemic. Part of the building holds courtrooms, the city election office and a drug enforcement office.
