Pamintuan Mansion
A heritage house from the 1880s, built by the Pamintuan family and kept as a museum of history and social studies. Aguinaldo waved the Philippine flag from the second-floor balcony here on 12 June 1899, the first anniversary of the declaration of independence.
The house was the seat of the First Philippine Republic and the headquarters of General Antonio Luna, and the Katipunan used it for a short time during the Philippine-American War. General Douglas MacArthur took it over for the Americans in November 1899. Since 2015 it holds the Museum of Philippine Social History, with traditional clothing, games, music, trade and cooking.
