An 11-hectare wetland park in Barangay Tortugas, on the East Asian-Australasian Flyway. Tet Garcia and Michael Lu, president of the Wild Bird Club of the Philippines, founded it, and it has been the site of the Ibong Dayo festival since 2005. A law of 2019, Republic Act 11365, made the park a community-based ecotourism zone.
