Arturo M. Tolentino

Arturo "Ka Turing" Modesto Tolentino was a Filipino politician, lawyer, and diplomat who served as the Senate president and the Secretary of Foreign Affairs. He was the vice-presidential running mate of Ferdinand Marcos in the 1986 Philippine election, which led to the ouster of Marcos in the People Power Revolution.

Si Arturo Modesto Tolentino, ay isang dating beteranong senador sa Pilipinas. Siya'y naglingkod sa kongreso mula, 1949 hanggang 1957 at senador, mula 1957 hanggang 1972. Siya rin naglingkod bilang senate president, mula 1965 hanggang 1967. Si Tolentino ay kalihim rin ng Department of Foreign Affairs sa Batasang Pambansang, mula 1984 hanggang 1985, sa ilalim ng pamahalaan ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos. Siya ay nagtakang maglingkod bilang Bise Pangulong mula noong 1986, sa panahon ng pagka-patalsik ni Pangulong Marcos.
