Eva Macapagal
Evangelina "Eva" Macaraeg Macapagal was the second wife of Diosdado Macapagal, the ninth President of the Philippines. She was the ninth First Lady of the Philippines, and the mother of the fourteenth President, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
