Gregorio Honasan II

Gregorio "Gringo" Ballesteros Honasan II, is a Filipino politician and a cashiered Philippine Army officer who served as a senator of the Philippines from 1995 to 2004 and again from 2007 to 2019. He also led the unsuccessful coups d'état against President Corazon Aquino. He played a key role in the 1986 EDSA Revolution that toppled President Ferdinand Marcos, and participated in the EDSA III rallies in 2001 that preceded the May 1 riots near Malacañang Palace.

Si Gregorio Ballesteros Honasan II mas kilala bilang Gringo Honasan ay isang politiko sa Pilipinas. Siya ay gumanap ng papel na nagpatalsik kay Ferdinand Marcos noong Pebrero 1986. Kanyang pinamunuan ang magkakasunod na mga pagtatangkang coup d'état laban sa pamahalaan ni Pangulong Corazon Aquino. Siya ay pinatawad ni Pangulong Fidel V. Ramos noong 1992. Siya ay nahalal na senador mula 1995-2004 at mula 2007-2019.
