Jose Melo
Jose Armando R. Melo was a Filipino lawyer and jurist who served as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines from 1992 to 2002. He also served as Chairman of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), and was succeeded by election lawyer Sixto Brillantes.
Si Jose Armando del Rosario Melo ay isang Pilipino abogado at hurado na nagsilbi bilang Asosyadong Hukom ng Kataas-taasang Hukuman ng Pilipinas mula 1992 hanggang 2002. Siya ang kasalukuyang Tagapangulo ng Komisyon sa Halalan (COMELEC).
