Maria Lourdes "Meilou" Aranal Sereno is a Filipina lawyer and judge who served as de facto chief justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines from 2012 until 2018.

Ang Punong Mahistrado ng Kataas-taasang Hukuman ng Pilipinas ang nangunguna sa Kataas-taasang Hukuman ng Pilipinas at ang pinakamataas na opisyal ng hustisya sa pamahalaan ng Pilipinas. Ang kasalukuyang Punong Mahistrado ay si Alexander Gesmundo, na itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte noong Abril 5, 2021.
