Mariz Umali
Marie Grace Michelle "Mariz" Bade Umali-Tima is a Filipino television news anchor journalist and host. She is known for being the main newscaster of the weekend edition of GMA News TV's Balitanghali. She finished broadcast communications course at the University of the Philippines Diliman but she started as a pharmacy student. She started to work at GMA Network as a researcher and producer of news content for the 2001 Philippine general elections. Besides Balitanghali, she also appeared as host or documentarian in other television shows such as i-Witness, Out of Control and Born to Be Wild. She also appears as one of the host of the Unang Hirit, GMA Network's morning show.

Kilala siya bilang tagapagbalita ng Balitanghali ng GMA News TV tuwing Sabado at Linggo. Nagtapos siya Unibersidad ng Pilipinas Diliman sa kursong Pangmadlang Komunikasyon ngunit nagsimula siya bilang mag-aaral sa kursong Parmasiya. Nagsimula siya sa GMA Network bilang isang mananaliksik/prodyuser ng balita para sa pag-ulat ng halalan noong 2001. Bukod sa Balintanghali, napabilang din siya sa mga programang dokumentaryo na I-Witness, Out of Control at Born to Be Wild.
