Paulo Campos

Paulo C. Campos was a Filipino physician and educator noted for his promotion of wider community health care and his achievements in the field of nuclear medicine for which he was dubbed as "The Father of Nuclear Medicine in the Philippines". The first president of the National Academy of Science and Technology, he was conferred the rank and title of National Scientist of the Philippines in 1989.

Si Paulo C. Campos ay kilala bilang Ama ng Medisinang Nukleyar. Siya rin ay kilala dahil sa kanyang kontribusyon sa pananaliksik sa sakit na goiter. Siya ang utak sa pagkakatayo ng radioscope laboratory, research laboratory at klinika para sa goiter sa Pilipinas. Sa kanyang paglathala ng iba't-ibang sulatin ukol sa sakit na goiter, siya ay pinarangalan bilang Pambansang Siyentipiko noong 1988.
