Pedro Paterno
Pedro Alejandro Paterno y de Vera-Ignacio was a Filipino revolutionary, politician, poet, and novelist who became the second Prime Minister of the Philippines and the sole president of the Malolos Congress during the First Philippine Republic.
Si Pedro Alejandro Paterno ay isinilang noong 27 Pebrero 1857. Siya ay isa sa 13 anak ng nakaririwasang mag-asawa na sina Don Maximo Paterno at Donya Carmen de Vera Ignacio.
