Raul C. Pangalangan

Raul Cano Pangalangan is a Filipino jurist and academic administrator who served as a judge of the International Criminal Court (ICC) from 2015 to 2021. He was elected to the office through a special election called after the resignation of his predecessor, compatriot Miriam Defensor Santiago.

Si Raul Cano Pangalangan ay isang Pilipinong abogado, propesor at kasalukuyang halal na hukom ng International Criminal Court. Nagtapós siya ng agham pampolitika at batas mula sa Unibersidad ng Pilipinas, natanggap niya mula sa Harvard Law School ang kaniyang pagkadalubhasa sa Batas nooong 1986 at doktorado noong 1990. Nanungkulan siyang dekano ng Kolehiyo ng Batas ng Unibersidad ng Pilipinas mula 1995 hanggang 2005 at tagalathala ng Philippine Daily Inquirer.
