A planetarium and geology museum in barangay Buang, 854 metres above sea level at the foot of Mayon and inside the volcano's permanent danger zone of 6 kilometres. The single-storey building holds a library, a virtual room, a mini-museum and an audiovisual hall, under a dome of 6 metres. Observation points on the 1,000 square metre grounds look out over Mayon and the towns around it. The city government of Tabaco runs the park, which opened in March 2006.
