Museum
The provincial museum: artifacts and antiques from across Cagayan, animal fossils found in the valley, and the record of the National Museum's discovery of Callao Man. It moved out of the Provincial Capitol complex into the Tribunal de Tuguegarao, the renovated historic provincial jail.
In front of it stand the century-old Rizal Park and Tuguegarao East Central School, which served as the town hall from Spanish times until it became a public elementary school in 1960.
