Padre Pio Shrine
A pilgrimage church along Governor Antonio Carpio Avenue, consecrated to the Italian saint Pio of Pietrelcina. The Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines named it a national shrine, the first in Batangas, and it was one of the venues of the 4th World Apostolic Congress of Mercy from January 16 to 20, 2017.
The Holy See raised it to an international shrine by a decree of May 25, 2026, the second in the country after the shrine of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage in Antipolo. The solemn declaration is set for September 23, 2026, the feast day of Saint Padre Pio.
