Balanga Cathedral
The seat of the Diocese of Balanga, which covers the whole province of Bataan. The Japanese Imperial Army used the church as an artillery position during the Second World War, and fired from here on the USAFFE forces at Mount Samat.
It was the parish church of Saint Joseph until 1975, when Bataan was separated from the Archdiocese of San Fernando and received its own bishop. The church became a diocesan shrine in 2015.
