A Catholic pilgrimage site at Graceville, busiest in Holy Week, when devotees come to the grotto. The grounds hold a replica of the Rosary Basilica of Lourdes in France. Every Maundy Thursday since 1966, penitents have walked here on foot from northern Metro Manila, setting out from Malinta in Valenzuela or Balintawak in Quezon City.
Horacio Guanzon and Anita Guidote-Guanzon opened the shrine on 11 February 1965, the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes. She built it in thanks after her cancer improved following a family pilgrimage to Lourdes in 1961. Doctors had given her six months to live and she lived three more decades. The Diocese of Malolos did not recognise the shrine from 2004 to 2024, after a dispute with the family. The family then gave it to the diocese, and it is a recognised pilgrimage site again.
