Oldest religious structure in Tarlac, built around the 18th century. It was here where Gen. Pedro Pedroche and his men were executed by Gen. Francisco Makabulos and the revolutionary troops, executed on charges of rebellion at the orders of Gen. Antonio Luna. But sadly, the church was gutted by fire in 1997, and it has yet to be restored.
