A harvest and pork festival in the town of Camiling, held in the last week of October, just before All Saints' Day. It gives thanks for the crop and for the year's meat, above all the chicharon that Ilocanos call bagnet. The other food of the week is iniruban, a rice cake.
The programme has a street dancing competition, the Miss Iniruban pageant and the agricultural trade fair of the town. The province counts it as its oldest cultural celebration, begun in 2000.
