About Saguiaran

Saguiaran has the Agus II hydroelectric plant, one of the stations on the river that drains Lake Lanao and carries a good part of Mindanao's electricity. The town itself sits just north of Marawi, with 30 barangays and about 28,800 people, and it is better known for the power than for anything else.
