About Mangudadatu

Mangudadatu was made out of eight barangays of Buluan and ratified in a plebiscite on December 30, 2006, the same day as neighbouring Pandag. It still has those eight barangays, and about 28,500 people live in them. Two towns out of one provincial capital in a single day of voting.
