About Mutia

Mutia is one of the smallest municipalities in Zamboanga del Norte, about 12,197 people across 16 barangays. Only La Libertad, with 7,874 residents, has fewer. That works out to roughly 760 people per barangay here, which is a thin spread even by the standards of this province.
