About Tigbao
Tigbao was part of Dumalinao until Republic Act 7162 made it a municipality on November 8, 1991, a month after Guipos was created out of the same neighbourhood. It has about 19,716 people in 18 barangays, one of the smaller towns of Zamboanga del Sur.
