Jose Clarin

José Aniceto Clarín y Butalid was a Filipino politician and the 3rd president pro tempore of the Senate of the Philippines from 1934 until his death in 1935. He was also acting Senate President of the Philippines briefly in 1932 when Senate President Manuel Quezon went on leave.
