About Sipalay City
Sipalay is the beach end of Negros Occidental and the top tourist draw in the province, which in practice means a run of coves on the south-western coast and divers who come for the wrecks offshore. It is about as far from Bacolod as you can get and still be in the province, and that distance is most of the reason the coast stayed quiet.
