A house in the Spanish colonial bahay na bato style, built in 1872, with a ground floor of stone and an upper floor of wood. It belonged to the Lizares family and carries the name of its first owner, Enrica Lizares, who went by Dicang.

It is one of the first grand homes the sugar planters of Talisay built when the Negros sugar boom made them rich, and one of the few from that time still standing.
