The only limestone mountain formation in Iloilo, protected as a rainforest park of 854.33 hectares across the towns of Dingle and San Enrique, 43 kilometres from Iloilo City. A trail of 40 kilometres runs through it, up to Putian Peak at 322 metres, the highest point in Central Iloilo. The mountain takes its name from the white stone wall on its north side, which you can see from as far as Passi. President Carlos Garcia established the park in 1961 under Proclamation Number 760.

The park holds 13 caves. An estimated 20,000 fruit bats live in the Maestranza Cave, and the Guiso Cave holds 18 bat species. Lake Bito lies on the eastern side. This is also where the Cry of Lincud took place, the act that started the Philippine Revolution in Iloilo in 1898.
