About Allacapan

Allacapan is a Cagayan municipality of about 35,946 people spread across 27 barangays, which works out to roughly 1,300 residents each. It sits in the northern half of the province, inland from the coast, with the Ilocano and Ibanag versions of its name in use alongside the Filipino one.
