About Lal-Lo
Lal-lo was Nueva Segovia, and for part of the Spanish period it held a bishop's seat that later moved to Vigan in Ilocos Sur. The Cagayan town has about 48,000 people now, and despite the old name it has belonged to the Archdiocese of Tuguegarao since 1910.
