A small shrine down by the river, reached through the Santa Lucia wells. The chapel is hewn from coral and was built in 1639, in place of a temporary structure of 1611.

It holds the image of Our Lady of Caysasay, which a man found while fishing in the Pansipit River in 1603. The image shows the Immaculate Conception and is believed to be one of the oldest in the country. The apparitions that followed were the first recorded in the Philippines, and devotees still credit the image with miracles. The feast is on December 8 and 9.
