Ayala Triangle Gardens
A 2-hectare garden in the middle of the Makati business district, planted with palms, acacia trees and tropical greenery. Ayala Land opened it to the public in November 2009, and it is one of the largest green areas in the city.
The gardens fill up at Christmas for a light and sound display. The old Nielson Tower stands inside them, with a restaurant called Blackbird in it, and so does Helm, the first and only restaurant in the country with two Michelin stars.
