About Region X (Northern Mindanao)
Camiguin is a volcanic island with more volcanoes than towns and a whole festival for the lanzones crop in October, and Cagayan de Oro sends rafts down its river most days of the year. Northern Mindanao runs along the north coast: Bukidnon, Camiguin, Lanao del Norte, Misamis Occidental and Misamis Oriental. Bukidnon is the highland interior, pineapple and cattle. Iligan has the waterfalls.
