About Sagay City

Sagay looks after one of the largest marine reserves in the country, and Carbin Reef, a sandbar that surfaces at low tide, is what the boats leave the port for. The city sits on the northern coast of Negros Occidental between Escalante and Cadiz, about 152,500 people, with the same cane fields behind it as the rest of that coast.
