About Lupi
Lupi spent its early years moving. The poblacion was relocated several times while the place was still a small settlement under Spanish rule, and for a stretch it was merged with Sipocot. Today it holds about 33,500 people, with part of Bicol National Park and a set of rivers inside its territory.
