About Alicia
Alicia holds the Pagay Festival, Balitok ti Alicia, whose name puts rice and gold in the same breath. Our Lady of Atocha Church was finished in 1849 and the Department of Tourism lists it as a national religious destination. The town was Angadanan Viejo before it took its own name, and the newer Angadanan is still a short way off.
