About Cabagan
Pancit Cabagan is why the name is known outside Isabela. The noodle dish carries the town with it wherever it is sold, which is most of the Cagayan Valley and a fair way past it. Cabagan itself sits on the Cagayan River in northern Isabela, a town of about 55,000 people that most of the country knows only through its noodles.
