About Rodriguez
Rodriguez is the most populous municipality in the Philippines, 451,383 people, and hardly anybody calls it Rodriguez. The old name, Montalban, is still the one in daily use. It is also among the wealthiest towns in the country, third in 2016 on an income of 691 million pesos, and it is still not a city.
