About Taytay
Taytay sews. The town is called the Garments and Woodcrafts Capital of the Philippines, and with 397,111 people in only five barangays it is the second most populous municipality in the country, behind Rodriguez. It qualifies for cityhood on paper, but the conversion has been set aside pending administrative reform.
