About Lubuagan

For ten weeks in 1900, Lubuagan was the seat of the Philippine government, running the Aguinaldo administration from March 6 to May 17. The town stands 800 metres above sea level in southern Kalinga, in the middle of the Cordillera, and about 8,660 people live there now.
