About Pasil

Pasil occupies the southwestern corner of Kalinga, about 10,690 people in mountain country. Like the rest of the province it runs small, and no single barangay holds much of a crowd. Nothing on record sets it apart from the towns around it, which is a fair description of a good deal of Kalinga.
