About Dagupan City
Ask anywhere in the country what Dagupan is for and the answer is bangus. The milkfish raised in the ponds around Lingayen Gulf is the city's whole reputation, and the April festival puts thousands of them on a grilling line down the street. Dagupan also does the banking, the shopping and the hospital work for much of Pangasinan, though the province does not govern it.
