About Surigao del Sur
Two places carry Surigao del Sur. The Enchanted River at Hinatuan is a spring so blue that people keep accusing the photographs of lying, and Tinuy-an Falls outside Bislig is a curtain of water wide enough that locals call it the Niagara of the Philippines. Tandag is the capital, Bislig the larger city, and the whole province faces the open Pacific.
