About Tuburan

The revolutionary general Arcadio Maxilom came from Tuburan, and the town has the springs its name promises, along with beaches, creeks and caves. Its workshops turn out apparel and accessories made from seashells, coconut shells and wood. With 54 barangays it has more than any other municipality in Cebu, and 68,307 people to fill them.
