About Mandaue City
Mandaue is the part of Metro Cebu that makes things: furniture, food, and most of the factories the metro runs on. Two bridges cross from here to Mactan, the older Mactan-Mandaue and the Marcelo Fernan, and the queue on both explains a good deal about the city. It sits inside Cebu province on the map and runs its own government in practice.
