A neoclassical-art deco heritage mansion built in 1926 by Doña Petra Lacson, a matron of the Lacson clan, and Estanislao Yulo Yusay, a prominent lawyer and judge from Molo. The property has been restored and is now owned by the SM Group, housing several cafés, restaurants, and souvenir shops, including Kultura.
