About Concepcion

Concepcion was once the seat of the Comandancia de Concepcion, a sub-province run by a Corregidor, before that Spanish arrangement was folded into Iloilo. It is a town of 45,737 people in 25 barangays now. There are other Concepcions in the country, but this is the Iloilo one.
