About Guinobatan
Guinobatan makes longganisa, and makes enough of it that the sausage is sold under the town name across Bicol. Longganiza de Guinobatan is still shaped by hand. It is one of the bigger inland municipalities of Albay, with about 84,400 people, and the sausage is the first thing anyone mentions about the place.
